My journey with Titanium Functional Movements began with a simple realisation: the human body is a complex integrated system that requires more than traditional exercise approaches to truly thrive.
In 2015, my passion for understanding human biomechanics led me to San Diego where I participated in Naudi Aguilar's Functional Patterns Human Biomechanics Master Certification. This experience transformed my approach to personal training, equipping me with innovative techniques that deliver real results.
I've dedicated my career to developing methods that address the whole body—creating hormonal stability, muscular efficiency, stress reduction, pain management, enhanced mobility, and dynamic strength. My approach incorporates trigger point therapy, myofascial release, corrective exercise, realignment techniques, and integrated dynamic multi-planar exercises that test the body in real-time environments.
What drives me is seeing clients achieve freedom of movement, improved posture, enhanced sports performance, stress reduction, and sustainable weight management. Each success reinforces my commitment to continuous learning and evolution in the fields of human health, wellbeing, fitness, and movement improvement.
