Rajat Bhatia trains Titanium Functional Movements

Rajat Bhatia is a Professional Indian cricketer. An allrounder, he has been playing domestic cricket for over 15 years, representing many teams, such as the Tamil Nadu cricket team, his home state, the Delhi cricket team and Delhi Daredevils Kolkata Knight Riders and Rising Pune Supergiants in the IPL. He was a part of the MRF Pace Foundation when he was young.[1]In 2011, he played a major role in Kolkata Knight Riders getting into the top four and qualify for the Champions League Twenty20 for the first time. Knowing the background of such an established professional and knowing that his goals are to improve his own weaknesses and to try and avoid injury to prolong his career then I am excited that he has chose Titanium Functional Movements to work with. He has followed Functional Patterns training for a year and although he felt his body changing for the better he also felt like there was more to learn and needed someone who has taken the required Human Bio Mechanics certification with FP to analyse and adjust where necessary any movement flaws or muscular imbalances he may have. After watching footage from my Titanium Functional Movements Facebook pages/Youtube/Instagram channel and seeing some of the results I have had with my clients Rajat contacted me as he was travelling over from India and is playing league cricket over here not too far from my facility. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rajat for the opportunity of working with him and look forward to helping him progress further. I would also like to thank Naudi Aguilar founder of Functional Patterns for bringing forward a system of training that has helped so many different people improve their health. This video shows some footage of the first two sessions with Rajat at Titanium Functional Movements as I run him through some of the basic and some more advanced exercises in all planes of movement with different ranges of motion and speeds to assess his muscular Integrated awareness, core strength, postural strengths and weaknesses and his ability to weight transfer and centre himself in a three dimensional aspect. I’m looking forward to the coming weeks to turn this well rounded athlete into a functional monster.
