Functional Conditioning

So this is footage of my own workout today. All these exercises were performed in sequence shown here with no rest and were averaging 9-15 reps each. The jump rope were both 2 mins duration. The whole circuit lasted over 11 mins and I often test my ability to maintain form over this duration if not longer. Intensity level was between 70-80%. Other than the movement quality the greatest factors to an efficient training program are not ‘How hard you can push yourself ... No Pain no Gain đŸ¤¢â€™... that’s old school dinosaur training that fails to deliver lasting results and often increases risk of pain or injury... No on the contrary it’s being aware of the Quality of the movement performance , the technique in line with the tempo and the Intelligence to understand the Intensity required to make an adaptation. The final and most important piece of the puzzle is the Recovery. Any fool can make You sweat and get you tired ... that’s not difficult ... it’s systemising your approach to deliver real results. That’s what I pride myself on with my clients ... to educate as we improve our fitness and quality of movement whilst avoiding pain. titaniumfunctionalmovements.com
