Battle Rope Hinge and Frontal Slam Tutorial
Hi Folks, So this is a new tutorial video showing two Battle rope exercises that really do fatigue the body as a whole and offer lots of Posterior Chain (back side musculature) activation when done correctly. As I state in the video these Ropes are very effective upon correct use but can also injure if your techniques are flawed or you lack a certain strong base level of fitness. I would not recommend using these too early in your training repertoire if you lack a strong core, have limited range of motion, struggle with basic lunge and squat mechanics or are currently suffering from lower back or shoulder pain. Progress intelligently and the progressions you make will be very rewarding indeed, ignore this advice and do it anyway and you are likely to either injure yourself or not feel any real adaptation or benefit to using this piece of equipment.
