Natural light from the 🌞along with movement 🕺🏻🏃🏻promotes the release of feel good endorphins into our system and the 🌞 is also a valuable source of Vitamin D. Obviously we aren't all fortunate to have reliable weather but don't let that stop you.... remember skin is waterproof ☔️😉 Movement is life and has been proven to offset the ageing process, ward off illness, help us achieve healthier stable body fat levels, offset stress both mental and physical, improve muscular toning and mobility . Movement is also the pump for our human drainage system (the lymphatic system) not to mention helping strengthen the most important muscle in the human body the ❤️ so it is essential in more ways than one. You do not need equipment either to exercise as your own body when moved correctly can apply all the resistance you need. Everyone who knows me knows my desire to educate others to move three dimensionally with optimal alignment and with a focus on the smaller details of execution to promote the larger gains in movement quality. This helps increase the adaptation to the stimulus being provided, makes your body more resilient to random stress , increases skill awareness through neurological loading and offsets the risk of poor performance or injury. The workout in this video I did at Mission Bay San Diego and my main focus was indeed working to improve my own technique with both Bodyweight and Clubbell exercises.
