Sledgehammer Multi
Hi Folks, Here's another montage video I've put together using an 8kg Sledgehammer. Obviously this comes with a warning to please progress safely when using pieces of equipment such as this so as not to injure yourself. Build a strong foundation base within your structure first, so in other words please work on your muscular imbalances by performing Myo Fascial Release/Corrective Exercise techniques to help regain better proportioned muscular strength tension relationships and to avoid compensatory/dysfunctional movement patterns which subsequently lead to injury. If you are not sure how to do this then please find a 'Fully Certified' trainer such as myself to help you progress safely. The sledgehammer offers so many options to challenge the body within a three dimensional aspect whilst hitting more stabilisation and deep core musculature than your typical 'traditional' lifts will do and so gives your 'whole body' an integrated not isolated workout.
